What You Need to Submit
Submitting a temporary stay request takes 2 minutes. You provide the basics so we can start sourcing housing options for you.
If you use StaysCo for the first time, you need to fill out the intake wizard before accessing your dashboard for the first time
Required Information
Your arrival date or approximate move-in window
How long you plan to stay (<12 months)
Your maximum nightly/monthly budget

The next step is to finalise your request

This helps us find suitable properties.
If you are relocating for work, you can mention your employer or the reason for the move.
What Happens After Submission
Once you submit, your request enters the "Finding Matches" stage. Our team begins searching for properties that match your criteria.
You do not need to do anything while we search. You will receive an email when matches are available. This typically takes 4-12 hours.
When you log back in, your dashboard will show the properties we have found. You can review them, indicate interest, or ask for more options.
