Step-by-Step

  1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

  2. Wait the Appropriate Time

    • Emails typically arrive within 1-2 minutes.

    • During high traffic, delivery may take up to 10 minutes.

  3. Request a New Code or Link (Login Screen)

    • If you used Magic Link or Verification Code sign-in:

      • On the code entry screen, wait for the countdown timer.

      • Once expired, click Resend code.

    • For Password Reset:

      • Return to the Forgot password? link on the login page.

      • Re-enter your email and submit.

  4. Verify Your Email Address

    • Ensure you're entering the exact email used to create your account.

    • Check for typos or extra spaces.

  5. Try an Alternative Sign-In Method

    • If magic link isn't working, try Email + Password sign-in.

    • You can set a password later via Settings > Security.

  6. Contact Support If Issues Persist

    • If you've waited and checked spam, email [email protected].

    • Include the email address you're trying to use.


What Happens Next

A new email will be sent. If using a verification code, you'll have 60 seconds to enter it before you can request another.
