Use the Feedback Button (In-App)
Look for the "Share feedback" button (sparkle icon) in the header or footer.
Click to open the Feedback Dialog.
Select a category:
Bug Report — something isn't working
Feature Request — suggest an improvement
General — questions or other feedback
Complete the Feedback Form
Write a clear description of your issue or question.
Optionally rate your satisfaction (1-3 faces).
Click Send Feedback.
Email Support Directly
Send an email to: [email protected]
Include:
Your email address (the one you used to sign up)
Your Request ID if applicable (found on your request detail page)
A clear description of the issue
Use Context-Specific Support Buttons
Throughout the app, you'll find Contact Support buttons:
On the No Matches Found panel
On the Application Rejected panel
In the My Bookings help section
These buttons pre-fill helpful information in your email.
Check Response Timeframes
General inquiries: 1-2 business days
Urgent booking issues: Same business day
Application support: 24-48 hours
