Users who have completed their request but see no property matches displayed.

Step-by-Step

  1. Verify Your Request Stage

    • Navigate to My Housing Request(s).

    • Check if your request is in the Sourcing stage β€” matches only appear after sourcing completes.

    • The Matches Found stage means properties should be visible.

  2. Look for the No Matches Panel

    • If sourcing completed with no results, you'll see a "No Matches Found" panel.

    • This panel includes options to Edit Your Request Preferences or Contact Support.

  3. Review and Adjust Your Criteria

    • Click Edit Your Request Preferences to go to the Preferences page.

    • Consider adjusting:

      • Budget: Increase your maximum to expand options

      • Location: Add more regions/cantons or remove restrictive filters

      • Bedrooms: Try "Studio" or "1 bedroom" if you selected 2+

      • Must-haves: Remove non-essential requirements

  4. Check for Restrictive Combinations

    • Very specific combinations may have few matches:

      • Low budget + many bedrooms + central location

      • Pet-friendly + parking + garden in urban areas

    • Prioritize your top 1-2 requirements.

  5. Wait for New Inventory

    • Our team continuously sources new properties.

    • Matches may appear over the coming days as new listings become available.

  6. Contact Support

    • Click Contact Support on the No Matches panel.

    • Our team can manually review your criteria and suggest alternatives.

    • Use the live chat box on the bottom right


What Happens Next

After adjusting criteria, the system will re-run matching. New matches will appear on your request detail page, and you'll be notified.
