Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to "Settings"
From any page, click on "Settings" in the navigation menu.
Step 2: Locate Privacy & Account Section
Scroll down to find the "Privacy & Account" section with the user icon.
Click the "Edit" button to enable privacy controls.
Step 3: Review Available Options
The Privacy & Account section provides access to critical account actions such as Deleting Account
Step 4: Deleting Your Account (If Needed)
β οΈ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
To delete your account:
Ensure you're in Edit mode for the Privacy section
Click the "Delete Account" button (red/destructive styling)
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Before deleting, consider:
All active housing requests will be cancelled
All application history will be lost
Active bookings may be affected β contact support first
Uploaded documents will be permanently deleted

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Your account is immediately deactivated
Personal data is queued for deletion
Data is permanently removed within 30 days
Some data may be retained for legal/regulatory purposes (anonymised)
