Start a New Long-Term Housing Request
Navigate to Overview (Dashboard)
Click Start New Request
In the Intake Wizard, select a duration of 12+ months
Complete the Long-Term Request Flow
The long-term flow includes additional steps:
Employment Details (contract type, trial period, etc.)
Household Composition (partner employment, children ages)
Bedroom Requirements
Location Preferences (regions, communes)
Extras (balcony, garden, etc.)
Coordinate Timing with Your Current Stay
When submitting your long-term request:
Consider your current temporary stay end date
Search for properties with move-in dates aligned to your needs
Minimise gaps between accommodations
Track Both Requests
Go to My Housing Request(s) in the sidebar
You'll see both:
Your Temporary request (with current booking)
Your Long-Term request ( "Finding matches" stage)
Communicate with Support
Use the Contact Support option to:
Request an extension of the temporary stay if the long-term stay isn't ready
Discuss transition logistics
What Happens Next
Our team will source long-term options while you're in your temporary accommodation.
Once you've found a long-term property and you signed a lease with the real estate agency/landlord, your temporary stay can be coordinated to end seamlessly.
