Step-by-Step

  1. Navigate to Your Booking

    • Go to My Bookings

    • Locate the booking you wish to cancel (Current Stay or Upcoming)

  2. Open the "Options" Menu

    • Click the "Options" button on your booking card

    • Select Cancel Booking

  3. Review the Cancellation Dialog

    • A confirmation dialog appears showing:

      • Property name and dates

      • Location of the property

      • What happens next – step-by-step explanation

      • Important notice about potential cancellation fees

  4. Submit the Cancellation Request

    • Review the information carefully

    • Click Submit Cancellation Request to proceed

    • Or click Keep Booking to go back

  5. Confirmation Process

    • You'll see a success toast: "Cancellation Request Submitted"

    • Our team will review and contact you within 24 hours

    • You'll receive an email with:

      • Cancellation terms

      • Any applicable fees

      • Refund processing timeline

  6. Alternative: Use the Help Section Quick Actions

    • In the Need Help? section at the bottom of My Bookings

    • Click the Cancel Booking button

    • Select which booking to cancel from the dropdown
