Step-by-Step
Navigate to Your Booking
Go to My Bookings in the sidebar
Locate your Current Stay or Upcoming Booking
Open the Options Menu
Click the Options button on your booking card
A dropdown menu appears with available actions
Select "Extend Booking"
For current stays: Choose Extend Booking from the dropdown
This redirects you to the Support page to submit your request
Alternatively: Use the Help Section
At the bottom of the My Bookings page, find the Need Help? section
Click the Extend Booking quick action button
Describe your desired extension dates
What to Include in Your Request:
New desired check-out date
Reason for extension (optional)
Any flexibility in dates
Updated payment details if needed
What Happens After Submitting:
Our team receives your extension request
We check availability with the property owner
You'll receive confirmation or alternatives via email
What Happens Next
The MyStaysCo team will review availability and contact you with confirmation or alternative options within 1-2 business days.
