Viewing Your Current Stay Details

Users with an active or confirmed booking who want to see full details about their current temporary accommodation.

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to "My Bookings"

    • In the sidebar navigation, click My Bookings

    • This page displays all your temporary accommodation bookings

  2. Locate Your Booking

    • Current Stays – Properties you're currently staying at (marked with Active Stay badge)

    • Upcoming Bookings – Confirmed future bookings (marked with Confirmed badge)

    • Pending Confirmation – Bookings awaiting temporary housing providers' response (marked with Pending badge)

  3. Click "View Booking Details"

    • Click the View Booking Details button on any booking card

    • You'll be taken to the full Stay Detail page

  4. Review the Stay Detail Page

    • Property Gallery: Photo carousel of your accommodation

    • Address: Full property address with map location

    • Dates: Check-in and check-out dates and times

    • Guests: Number of guests in your booking

    • Status Badge: Current booking status (Confirmed, Active, Pending)

  5. View Host Contact Information

    • The Your Host card displays:

      • Host name

      • Urgency Phone number

      • Email address

    • Use Request Support to contact the support team

  6. Access Booking Documents

    • The Documents card provides downloadable files:

      • Booking Confirmation – Official confirmation of your booking

  7. Review Pricing Summary

    • View the Pricing Summary card for:

      • Nightly/Monthly rate

      • Duration (in months)

      • Total amount

You now have full visibility into your booking. Use the host contact if you need property-specific assistance, or the support button for platform help.
