Who This Is For

Users with long-term rental requests who need to upload employment and income verification documents.

Before You Start

ID, Employment and income documents are only required for long-term rentals (12 months or more).

If you have a temporary stay request, you only need to upload your Government ID.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Part A: Uploading Employment Verification

Step 1: Navigate to My Documents

Click "My Documents" in the sidebar.

Step 2: Locate the Employment Verification Section

Scroll to the Employment Verification category. These sections only pop up if you are in the long-term flow.

Step 3: Review Accepted Documents

The following are accepted as employment verification:

  • Current employment contract

  • Recent employer letter (issued within 30 days)

  • Payslips from the last 3 months

  • Self-employment certificate

Step 4: Upload Your Document

  1. Click the upload area or the Upload button

  2. Select your employment document

  3. Wait for the upload to complete

The status changes to "Under Review".

Part B: Uploading Income Verification

Step 5: Locate the Income Verification Section

Scroll to the Income Verification category (directly below Employment Verification).

Step 6: Review Accepted Documents

The following are accepted as income verification:

  • Last 3 monthly payslips

  • Bank statements (last 3 months)

  • Most recent tax return

  • Pension statements

Step 7: Upload Your Document

  1. Click the upload area

  2. Select your income document

  3. Wait for the upload to complete

What Happens Next

  • Both documents show Under Review status

  • The team reviews documents within 1-3 business days

  • You receive email notifications as each document is verified

  • Once all required documents are verified, you can proceed with the applications

For Self-Employed Users

If you are self-employed, upload:

  • Employment: Self-employment certificate or business registration

  • Income: Most recent tax return AND bank statements (last 3 months)
