When a Booking Is Confirmed

For temporary stays, your booking is confirmed when our temporary housing provider accepts your booking request.


What You See on the Dashboard

When your booking is confirmed:

  1. The Progress Tracker shows "Booked"

  2. The Booking Confirmed Panel appears with:

    • Property name and booking ID

    • "Confirmed" status badge

    • Next steps checklist

  3. Buttons to View Booking Details and Go to My Bookings


Accessing Your Booking

  1. From the Dashboard, click "Go to My Bookings"

  2. Or navigate to My Bookings in the sidebar menu

  3. Your confirmed booking appears in the Upcoming Stays or Current Stays section

What Your Booking Details Include

On the Stay Detail page, you will find:

  • Property name and address

  • Check-in and check-out dates

  • Total cost and payment status

  • Host contact information

  • Any special notes


Common Questions

When will I receive check-in instructions?

Instructions are sent by email/whatsapp +-24h before the arrival

What if I need to change my dates?

Contact Support to discuss modification options
