The Review Process

When you submit an application, the landlord/real estate agency reviews your submission. Here is what happens:

Step 1: Profile Review

  • Your personal information (name, contact details)

  • Household composition (adults, children)

  • Move-in date and duration requirements

Step 2: Document Verification

  • ID Document: Valid passport or national ID

  • Income Proof: Pay slips, employment contract, or bank statements

  • Employment Letter (if required): Confirmation from your employer

  • Additional documents based on your employment type

Step 3: Eligibility Assessment

  • Your income relative to the property rent (2-3x rule)

  • Employment stability (CDI, CDD, contractor, etc.)

  • Any special circumstances (pets, parking, guarantor)
