Application Status Stages
After you submit an application, it moves through the following stages:
Temporary Housing
Stage | What It Means |
Requesting | You need to finalise the Housing Request |
Finding Matches | Your application is being reviewed by the StaysCo team |
Matches Found | StaysCo found available housing options |
Awaiting Confirmation | The supply partner/landlord is reviewing your booking request |
Booked | The supply partner/landlord has confirmed the booking |
Declined | The application was not accepted for this property |
No Matches Found | You need to adjust the search criteria |
Long Term
Stage | What It Means |
Requesting | You need to finalise the Housing Request |
Finding Matches | Your application is being reviewed by the StaysCo team |
Matches Found | StaysCo found available housing options |
Application for Viewing | The real estate agency/landlord is reviewing your booking request before scheduling the visit |
Handover | The agency or landlord has confirmed interest; contact details will be exchanged |
Declined | The application was not accepted for this property |
No Matches Found | You need to adjust the search criteria |
Where to Track Your Application
From the Dashboard:
The Progress Tracker at the top shows your current stage
The Stage Action Panel provides context and next actions
Any pending actions appear in the Quick Tools section
From the Request Detail Page:
Click "My Housing Request(s)" in the navigation
Click on your active request
The Application Review Panel shows:
What is being reviewed (profile, documents, eligibility)
Estimated completion time (typically 2-3 business days)

What Gets Reviewed?
The review includes:
Your personal information and preferences
Your uploaded documents and verification status
Your eligibility for the selected property (income, household)
Notifications
You will be notified when:
Your application status changes
The agency accepts your application (long-term)
A booking is confirmed or declined (temporary)
Notifications are sent via:
