Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Enter Selection Mode
Multi-selection is available for long-term requests only.
To enter selection mode:
Desktop: Click the selection circle on the left side of any property card
Mobile: Long-press (hold) on any property card until it becomes selected
A small circle appears on each property card when selection mode is active.
Step 2: Select Properties
Click or tap the selection circle on each property you want to include.
Selected properties show a checkmark in the circle.
You can select as many properties as you wish.
Step 3: Review the Selection Bar
When one or more properties are selected, a Selection Bar appears at the bottom of the screen.
The bar displays:
Number of properties selected (e.g., "3 Properties selected")
Clear button — removes all selections
Apply to All button — opens batch application wizard
Step 4: Submit Batch Application
Click "Apply to All" to open the application wizard.
The wizard guides you through submitting one application for all selected properties.
You do not need to repeat information for each property.
What Happens Next
After submitting a batch application:
Your request moves to the "Application Sent" stage
You will receive confirmation via email
