Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Review the Property Card

Each property card displays summary information

Step 2: Open the Property Detail Page

Click View Details to open the full property page.

The detail page is divided into sections

Step 3: Review Key Sections

The property detail page contains the following sections:

Photo Gallery

Large image carousel with all property photos

Key Facts

Beds, baths, area (mΒ²), floor, parking, furnished status

Description

Written description of the property

Amenities

Full list of included features (WiFi, Gym, Laundry, etc.)

Host Notes

Additional notes from the property host

Location & Neighborhood

Map showing property location, walking score, nearby transport, and local amenities

Step 4: Understand Price Information

Price display depends on your request type:

Request Type

Price Display

Temporary (less than 12 months)

Nightly or monthly rate shown (e.g., "€95/night" or "2,800/month)

Long-Term (12+ months)

Monthly rent shown (e.g., "€2,100/month")

For Temporary properties:

  • Nightly or monthly price

  • Cancellation policy

  • Check-in time

For long-term properties:

  • Deposit: Security deposit amount

  • Minimum Term: Minimum rental period (e.g., "12 months")

  • Available From: Date when property becomes available

Step 5: Take Action

At the bottom of the property detail page, you will see action buttons:

Request Type

Primary Action Button

Temporary

"Request to Book" opens the booking request form

Long-Term

"Apply" opens the application wizard


What Happens Next

After reviewing property details, you can:

  • Return to your matches list to compare options

  • Take action on the property (book or apply)

  • Share the property with others

Why do prices show differently on different properties?

Pricing format depends on your request type (temporary vs long-term).

What does "Shortlisted" mean?

It indicates you have marked this property as a favorite.
