How Budget Selection Works

The budget step displays preset ranges based on your stay duration. You do not enter a custom number. Instead, you select from options that reflect typical market rates.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: View Available Presets

  • The Budget step displays preset options as buttons

  • Each button shows a price range and category label

  • A small indicator at the top confirms whether prices are "per night" or "per month"

Step 2: Select Your Budget

  • Click the budget range that fits your needs

  • The selected option highlights with a checkmark

  • For shorter stays (>1-12 months), an estimated monthly cost appears below

Step 3: Continue

  • Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step

  • Your budget selection is saved


Common Mistakes or Questions

Can I enter a custom budget?

No. Select the closest preset to your target.

What if my budget falls between two presets?

Choose the higher range to see more options.

Are utilities included?

For temporary housing, utilities are typically included. For long-term, this varies.
