Step-by-Step: Logging In

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

Open your browser and navigate to the MyStaysCo login page.

If you were sent a link, click it. Otherwise, go to the main website and click Log In.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Type the email address you used when creating your account or submitting your request.

Click: Send verification Code.

Step 3: Check Your Email

Open your email inbox. You will receive a message from StaysCo with a 6-digit verification code.

The email subject is typically: "Your StaysCo verification code"

Step 4: Enter the Verification Code

Return to the login page. Enter the 6-digit code in the input fields.

The system verifies the code automatically. If correct, you are logged in.

Step 5: You Are Now in the Dashboard

After successful login, you are redirected to your dashboard.


Alternative: Log In with Password

If you prefer to use a password instead of a code:

  • On the login page, after entering your email, click "Sign in with password instead"

  • Enter your password

  • Click Sign In

This is only possible if you have already logged into your account once and created your own password in the "Settings" section.


What If I Forgot My Password?

  1. On the login page, click "Forgot password?"

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Click Send Reset Link

  4. Check your email for a password reset link

  5. Follow the link to create a new password


What Happens Next

After logging in, you land on your dashboard. Proceed to Understanding the Navigation Menu to understand what you are looking at.


Common Questions

I did not receive a verification code.

Check your spam or junk folder. If still missing, click Resend Code on the login page. You can resend after 60 seconds.

Can I use a different email address?

No. You must use the email address associated with your account. If you need to change it, contact support.

Is the verification code secure?

Yes. The code expires after a short time and can only be used once.
