When you log in, you land on the Dashboard page. This is your home base.
The Dashboard Contains
Section | Purpose |
Welcome Banner | Greets you by name and shows a quick status summary

Progress Tracker | Visual bar showing where you are in the housing journey |
Stage Action Panel | Tells you what to do next based on your current stage |
Quick Tools | Shortcuts to Documents, Profile, Bookings, and Requests |
Matches Preview | If matches exist, a preview of your matched properties |
The Progress Tracker
The Progress Tracker appears at the top of the dashboard and shows a horizontal bar with stages:
Temporary Housing:
Requesting — You are submitting your request
Sourcing — StaysCo is searching for options
Matches Found — Properties are ready for review
Awaiting Confirmation — You have booked the stay and are waiting for the confirmation
Booked — Your booking is confirmed
or (depending on your search type)
Long-term Rentals:
Requesting — You are submitting your request
Sourcing — StaysCo is searching for options
Matches Found — Properties are ready for review
Application for Viewing — You have applied for the visit and are waiting for approval
Agency Handover — We put you in touch with the right real estate agency
The current stage is highlighted. Completed stages are marked with a checkmark. ✅
The Stage Action Panel
Below the Progress Tracker, you see the Stage Action Panel.
This panel changes based on your current stage. It tells you:
What is happening now
What you need to do (if anything)
A button to take the next action
If the panel has a button, click it to proceed.
Quick Tools
On the left side (desktop) or below the main content (mobile), you see Quick Tools.
These are shortcuts to:
Documents — Upload or review your documents
Profile — Update your personal information
Bookings — View your current or past stays
Requests — View or manage your housing requests
You do not need to use these immediately. Focus on the Stage Action Panel first.

If you have not submitted a request yet, the dashboard shows an empty state with a prompt to start.
Where are my matches?
Where are my matches?
Matches appear only after the Sourcing stage is complete. If you do not see matches, check the Progress Tracker.
Can I have multiple requests?
Can I have multiple requests?
Yes. If you have more than one active request, you can switch between them using the request switcher in the Progress Tracker.
